Christmas at Disneyland!

We took a day off work to take Presto and Phia to Disneyland. It's our favorite time of year and what better place to enjoy the festivities than Disneyland? Lots of decorations all over the park and this time we saw a lot of characters walking around. Cruella de Vil even greeted us just as we walked through the gates! All the kids talked about for days leading up was It's a Small World so we hit that ride first. Presto was overwhelmed(he gets that way with too much action and loud noises) but he ended up having fun on it(we think...ha!). Phia was in heaven most of the day. We hit the teacups and were able to see the Christmas parade from line and while on the ride(too perfect). After the Winnie the Pooh ride(kids love this), we took canoes around the lake. Phia said "Mama I'm a big girl now, I know how to row!". It was a very proud moment for her and she did so well! Our huge highlight of the day was in New Orleans square. There were pirate singers and Phia(of course) walked right up and started dancing all by herself with them. The Pirates ate it up. In the end they sang "Yo Ho Yo Ho a Pirates Life for me" and they asked the audience to sing the chorus solo so we all did...then they asked Phia to( I thought she might choke...I would've!!!). Nope, she belted it at the top of her lungs in this courtyard and the crowd cheered so loud for her! She LOVED it!!! Her sweet little voice resonated so loud and she loved all the attention. We headed to the Tiki room where Presto was again overwhelmed so he and daddy headed out while we enjoyed the show. Then we went over to California Adventure to see the new Cars Land. We made it on a bunch of rides in Bugs Land and then headed home. LONG day but well worth it!!

Randomly we had Phia's Jasmine earrings from Halloween so she insisted she put them on when she met Aladdin.



he asked her what she wanted for Christmas.  Instead of answering she said "Do you like my earrings?"

And she was a blur most of the time b/c she was nonstop dancing!!

She walked right up to the Pirates no problemo
