This past weekend we were lucky enough to sneak away for a few days for some adult fun in the sun. We took Friday off work and BT and I hit the road to Vegas! We both had a hard time leaving the kids but loved every moment we had together. Nana watched the kids on Friday night and Grandma and Grandpa Tees came over on Saturday and Sunday so we knew the kids were in great hands. Friday night BT and I ate at the Wynn buffett and caught a late night movie(our hotel had an IMAX theatre in it and we enjoyed our FREE Regal movie "Bridesmaids"!). We never get to see movies so it was a treat! The Alvarado's got in really late on Friday so we all met up for pool time on Saturday morning followed by lunch by the pool and sushi for dinner. We topped it off the day with a trip to Serendipity at Ceasar's Palace for some frozen hot chocolate:) Sunday we met up for bagels and more pool time. On our way out of town we all had lunch at the Cosmopolitan. It was a perfect weekend and we lucked out with the weather~it was between 85/90 with an awesome breeze!
Charlie Browns is our favorite stop on the road to Vegas! We split a rootbeer float and BT swears by their pulled pork sammy!

Pool time! We spent hours by the pool. Weather was a perfect 85 degrees with a breeze!
Serendipity had no wait b/c of course everyone else in Vegas is drinking not eating ice cream. Kell said we had to order the frozen hot chocolate and it did NOT disappoint!
