(I just love the look on concentration on Sophia's face while eating her Tutu's shaved ice!)
This is one of our favorites and is becoming a family tradition. I have lots of fond memories of running around this same carnival as a kid so it's really special to see our kids light up each year. Last year, just before Sophia turned 2 she was riding all the rides(mostly alone b/c no other kids want to go!) and this year was no different. She wanted to go on everything! Daddy took her on the big ferris wheel and she loved it. The Petchenick boys loved the rides too so she wasn't as alone this year. Next year it's all about Presto on the rides!!

She yelled "mommmmy, this is sooooo much funnnnnn" as she went round and round on the swings(she sounded like Rapunzel when she escapes the tower for the first time in Tangled~ha!)

Presto was perfectly content exploring rather than riding the rides.

My favorite part of the day was feeling Sophia's excitement(a close 2nd being all the baked treats they sell in the parish hall!)
