This was such a special day for our Olivia and so much thought and planning went into making it so. Marta(with help from Nana and Kelly Stevens) planned for months and months buying decorations, planning the food and drinks to make it just perfect. AND perfect it was! Olivia, please know that even though you were our 4th baby, you were very much celebrated and loved by all our friends and family. It was nearly 100 degrees during the party and we had 20 kids attend so up went the water slide and pool in the backyard to keep 'em cool. The mimosa bar had lots of different juices and a yummy strawberry puree to add to our champagne to cool off the adults! Some of the food came from Porto's(yummy empanada's!) and Nana made some appetizers and Miss Stevens provided an amazing cheese and olive spread. Don't even get me started with the dessert. Marta had a vision and executed it so beautifully. Pink candy galore! Nana made an amazing pink lemonade cake that was a huge hit and she also made pink cake pops for the kiddos. The day was spectacular. A HUGE part of what made it all so special is that Aunt MaryAnn and Uncle Jack drove down from the Bay Area to attend. The kids LOVE them and we miss them so much.
