SpongeBob the Musical
What an absolute shock this was(in a good way!). Mama isn't so much a "fan" of SpongeBob but holy cow this was amazing. Recently I heard John Legend was nominated for an Emmy for writing of the songs for this musical so it pretty much explains the caliber of talent that went into this production. Definitely a highlight of our trip and an absolute pleasure for the entire family. Bentley was asleep in the taxi on the way to the show and within 5 minutes of sitting in his seat he was completely mesmerized. The music was genius. The entire theatre was transformed into an underwater paradise. Even the lobby was a "Crabby Shack" and sold "Crabby patties" and lots of fun Spongebob goodies. We all loved every single minute and the kids still talk about how cool it was so it was a definite winner!! Oh and we had KILLER seats(7th row!)
