The last week of Summer we always pick a new destination for a family vacation. We wanted to do something other than hang out by a pool so we choose "Glamping". We booked 3 nights but left after 1. There were plenty of things we liked about it and Preston LOVED IT!! If we ever go back it'll be for 1 night. We did manage to go to the beach the full day we were there and well...it was sandy and beachy and full of bees. So we now can say we did it!! We headed home and took the kids to both Universal and Knott's Berry Farm for the first time(way more Mommy's speed) . We ended up buying annual passes for Universal. The kids loved the Minion ride, the kids water area, and everything in between. They all decided however, that they liked Knott's better!! Knott's was amazing. The park was a lot more beautiful than we'd remembered(tons of flowers and super clean!!) Phia and Preston LOVED the roller coaster and there were tons of family rides that we all loved in Camp Snoopy. We ended the night eating at Mrs. Knott's fried chicken. The best part of family vacations this week is that most schools are back in so the theme parks are empty!! Lastly, Daddy took the boys to their first Rams game! Daddy's close friend has season tickets so we can go to lots and lots of games:) And by "we" I mean the boys...haaaa(Mama would rather have a girls day)
