We made our annual trip to the Fair yesterday and it did not disappoint. The weather was overcast which bummed us out a bit since it was perfecto in Simi! In fact this summer has been a cool 85 all summer long in Simi...perfect pool weather:) Anyway, we got to the Fair right when it opened(key) so we had the grounds to ourselves for an hour or so. Presto got to enjoy the rides this year for the first time and he had a BLAST!! Daddy went on all the rides with the kids b/c they wouldn't let mama on with her big tummy. The wouldn't even let me on the merry go round! Sheesh! We had an awesome lunch followed by a HUGE cinnamon roll. Phia got her cotton candy fix, she'd been asking us all day and the kids shared some popcorn! Good times...

We hadn't used the monkey backpack in a while but decided to try it out and Presto LOVED it! He kept saying "backpack backpack" from Dora LOL.

Time for rides!!! Of course Phia screamed the entire time "This is soooooo fun!!!" We love our excitable little princess and all her enthusiasm!
Daddy looked so big on these rides. They definitely don't make them for adults!
Phia cannot hear music without busting out in dance! This is one of our very favorite things about her.
Presto got VERY tired while eating lunch. He had to eat the rest of it like this. Our lil' monkey was asleep in the car before we even left the parking lot:)

Last but not least, BT got himself some chocolate covered bacon that he'd been talking about all morning. He ate it all and said it was the best $6 he ever spent!
