We started off the December month at Universal Studios! We bought passes for the family over the summer and have are getting a lot of use out of them! The park was all decked out with festive lights. It's a super easy drive from our house and now we have the park all mapped out to maximize our trip:) Olivia is super brave and goes on ANYTHING and loves the roller coaster in Harry Potter World. We went on it 4x!!! We always look forward to our kids Christmas programs at school and this year we had 2 in the same week! Olivia refused to sing and told us after she was super scared poor baby. Bentley sang his heart out and it was his first year participating in the Advent part of the program and he was dressed up as a shepherd and was so so proud!! A few days later we had the St. Rose program and Preston was super enthusiastic when he sang(typically he leaves the stage enthusiasm to his sister!). After each class sang in the Church, the school music director led the entire audience in a Christmas song sing along. Mama's DREAM!!! I ate up every moment. Love that we can all sing Christmas songs with our community and friends. Such a special night. Our elves Snack and Holly have been very busy and even prepared a "North Pole Breakfast" for the kids and left them donuts and treats!! This past weekend we made another trip back to Universal Studios for Grinchmas. It's nice to have passes and just pop in the park for an hour or so. We left and enjoyed dinner at Citywalk. Saturday we met up with our old neighbors for "Arctic Lights" at the Moorpark Zoo! They brought in tons of snow and crafts and had the zoo decked out for Christmas. We love our zoo!!!
