Oh how mama loves decorating the table and Christmas is definitely my FAVORITE!! Daddy was sad to take it down this year so he left it up for another week. He said it was his favorite one yet. I change it slightly from year to year and surprisingly the kids don't touch it! We always host Christmas Eve at our house and both of our parents join as well as Frank, Sarah, their kiddies, and mommy's cousin Michael. It's the Paola tradition to have and Italian Christmas Eve so our family is carrying on that tradition with the Paola family "sauce" and we made a soup from scratch and Nana provides the desserts and Nonno makes his famous baked "clams casino". Once we're done eating and opening presents the kids sprinkle "reindeer food" on the lawn for Santa's reindeer and we put the cookies out for Santa of course and then scurry off to bed!! We are so blessed that our families can come together to celebrate!! It was a VERY warm Christmas this year so we had a nice walk around the neighborhood and took a trip to the duckies with the kiddies before dessert:)
