We planned a special trip to Disneyland with just Sophia but what we hadn't planned on was the rain!! We had been planning this for a long time so decided to wing it and if it got too bad just head home. It rained for the first hour really hard. We bought Mickey ponchos which looked like trash bags with Mickey Mouse on the back but the entire park was wearing them so we fit right in! Sophia LOVED "It's a Small World" so much that we went 2x. There was NO line so we walked right on. That was the best part of going to the park on a rainy day. No lines!! Sophia was apprehensive about the rides in the dark(this was a new thing) so we had to coax her on a lot of those(including Pirates) but she ended up loving all of them. We even watched the Christmas parade. Sophia announced "It's a parade like Yo Gabba Gabba" !! She sat on Daddy's shoulders and clapped during the entire parade:) This was our first visit where all the decorations were up~we'll definitely be going every year!
